Shipping policy

Products are shipped via USPS and each come with a tracking number that is emailed to the address you provided. Once packages have shipped, they are not under the responsibility of Copper Paws. Lost, missing, or stolen packages may not be refunded. If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout and a package gets returned to sender, you are responsible for paying shipping a second time.
